With cooking modes of Convection, Steam, Combi and Steam. With the correct accessories you can even Grill, Fry and Regenerate.
The EC40M5 Combi Oven is available as either a manual or digital 5 grid combi oven. With 7 kW of cooking power and a capacity of five, 1/1 GN pans with 70mm vertical spacing.
The EC40D5 has additional functionality of double sealed doors, auto reverse fan, an auto clean function and digital controls.
Both automatic and manual models comes with a hand shower and Brita water filter.
