With cooking modes of Convection, Steam, Combi and Steam. With the correct accessories you can even Grill, Fry and Regenerate.
The EC40M7 Combi Oven is a manual 7 grid combi oven. With 12 kW of cooking power and a capacity of five, 1/1 GN pans with 70mm vertical spacing.
As an option you can have the EC40M7 in a digital format the EC40D7.
The EC40 Combi Oven has additional functionality of double sealed doors, auto reverse fan, an auto clean function and digital controls.
Both automatic and manual models comes with a hand shower and Brita water filter.
