This salsa brava is an easy and instant way to make the classic tapas dish Patatas Bravas – spoon on top of crispy cubed potatoes and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Alternatively, add a spoonful to stews and sauces to add strong tomato and gently smoky flavours. It also wonderfully complements BBQ meats, or simply enjoy from the jar as a dip for tortilla chips or french fries.
