The black-handled large shaver Gourmet model is perfect for creating delicious shaving of hard cheeses such as Parmesan or Pecorino, as well as vegetables and truffles for dressing your food beautifully. The new rubber-coated bar at the end, and thicker, softer handle help with your grip and leverage while you’re slicing.
Microplane’s chemical-etched blades, still made by a family-owned company in America, are far more effective than traditional punched blades, so they cut effortlessly through hard or soft foods without tearing or shredding.
