The 4lb press is made from durable spun iron. It comes pre-seasoned and will build a non-stick patina over time. For best results, pre-heat before use.
Place the press on top of burgers or spatchcocked chicken in a frying pan. The weight presses the food against the hot pan for superior char and caramelisation. It stops bacon from curling and gives vegetables a fantastic flame-grilled flavour.
