This zero proof wine is made with verjus, which is the juice of unripened grapes. It gives the drink a crisp, wine-like acidity. NON uses semillon grapes from Australia’s Barossa Valley. Murray River salt adds subtle salinity, while yuzu delivers citrus tang.
Pair this non-alcoholic wine with grilled vegetables and seafood. The fresh, tart taste complements crab cakes and seared scallops.
