Please Note
- If you live in a hard water area and don’t use the Scale Control descaling system, limescale can form at the bottom of the tank. This will need to be cleaned out approximately once a year, depending upon usage.
- Any scale issues without Scale control being used are not covered under the Quooker warranty.
