Launched in 1970 Patchouli is an amber woody fragrance for women, from French jewellery and perfume house Reminiscence. The fragrance contains notes of Patchouli, French labdanum, Tolu Balsam, Vanilla, Tonka Bean, Sandalwood, Cedar, Vetiver and White Musk. The fragrance is a strong one, that combines Woody notes, Amber and Patchouli to deliver something that’s earthy, deep, and raw. It then uses Tonka bean and Vanilla to add a touch of sweetness and the notes also manage to give just a hint of a chocolate accord, creating a rich and joyous scent. The fragrance is fantastic in the colder months, as the scent gives a cosy feeling that’s it’s long lasting and strong.
