- Care instructions:
- By nature, rugs made from PET yarn may have creases when they are rolled open. But like all the other rugs please give it some time and it will lay flat. When there will be continuous traffic it will lay open.
- You can also place heavy objects, like furniture or books, on the curled edges of the rug for a few days to encourage them to flatten.
- Consider using a rug pad underneath the rug to provide a more stable and even surface.
- Flat weave rugs don’t have a pile, so dirt can be more visible. We recommend vacuuming both sides of the rug regularly. When vacuuming, always use the lowest power setting or “gentle” setting on your vacuum to prevent damage to the delicate fibres; avoid using a beater bar and instead opt for a soft brush attachment if available.
- Use a clean, dry cloth to blot spills immediately. Don’t rub or use detergent.
- Rotate the rug regularly to prevent uneven fading and wear.
- Keep the rug dry to prevent mould and odour.
