The iDensityControl system intelligently adapts the way that the oven cooks your food depending on a variety of factors. It does this by using sensors in the cooking cabinet, actively monitoring humidity, automatically changing fan speed and utilising intelligent geometry to optimise airflow. This combination of features not only helps to cook food up to 10% faster than previous combi-steamers, but also reduces energy consumption by up to 50%. The iCookingSuite functionality offers the flexibility to achieve reproducible, high-quality food again and again. This system utilises a selection of sensors and intelligent programming to monitor cooking progress and adjust to suit your pre-set parameters.
